Supporting people in change is my passion and runs as a common theme through all my professional steps

For me it's important,

  • that consulting is fit for everyday and therefore easy to apply 

  • that I am transparent with the persons I am speaking with, so we don't get lost in abstract hints

  • that I stand by my counterpart and the issue, being  reliable and respectfully

My expertise covers a wide range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, chemicals and healthcare, where I have worked for renowned companies such as Bayer and former Schering. But smaller organizations, social institutions and public administration are also no strangers to me, due to my original profession as a social worker.
